PEP Academy small group training simulates repetitive small area situations forcing players to quickly react, counter and evade pressures. Both On Ice and At Home RCT units promote the natural creation of muscle memory and spacial awareness replication for more game time positive opportunities and outcomes.

Drills develop the mind and body by simultaneously multitasking the player’s situational awareness, use of high speed hand movements to increase reaction timing, challenging players with inside/ outside edge and body control training techniques to add explosive acceleration and deception to counteract opponent defensive positioning and tactics.

50+ Sessions – 1.5 Hours On-Ice PEP Small Area Skills Instruction using the Patented On-Ice R.C.T Training units™

You choose when, where and how often you want to skate.

Locations: Prince William Ice Center – SkateQuest Reston – St. James Ice House – (Others locations possible)
