Coach John Sikich
Originally from Hermosa Beach, CA, moved to NH in 2017 with his wife and four boys. John played tier hockey on multiple travel teams in Chicago, IL and Los Angeles, CA until he was 19 years old when he became a Deputy Sheriff with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
In 2005 John began his professional coaching career with the Los Angeles Jr. Kings Organization in El Segundo CA where he acted as Head and Assistant Coach for teams at the Tier I, II and III levels. During this tenure Coach Sikich has received an enormous amount of experience from his piers, as well as, Coaches in the National Hockey League.

Coach Grant Sikich
Coach Grant (AKA Siki), an experienced hockey coach with a passion for developing young talent. Born and raised in California, Grant grew up playing elite-level hockey and has since gone on to make a name for himself in the world of coaching.
From a young age, Grant showed a natural talent for the sport, quickly rising through the ranks to play at the highest levels. He played on various youth hockey teams, including the LA Jr Kings, where he honed his skills and developed a deep love for the game.
After playing at the youth level, Grant went on to play prep school hockey at Tilton School & Brewster Academy, where he continued to excel on the ice. His strong work ethic, leadership skills, and dedication to the sport quickly caught the attention of coaches and scouts alike.
Following his successful stint in prep school, Grant played junior hockey with the Jr. Monarchs, where he continued to impress and showcase his skills. He was known for his speed, agility, and physical play, which allowed him to make big plays on the ice and help his team win games.
After his playing career ended, Grant knew he wanted to give back to the sport that had given him so much. He began coaching youth hockey teams and quickly found a passion for helping young players develop their skills and reach their full potential.
Today, Coach Siki brings his years of experience and expertise to the NH Selects, where he serves as a mentor and coach to all players.
